MAN JAILED FOR OVERPAYING CHILDSUPPORT.

Father will spend half of 2014 behind bars for doing too much for his son. After overpaying child support and seeing his son too often - breaking terms that were secretly modified without his knowledge - a judge sentenced him to a lengthy jail sentence.  His name was Clifford Hall. It's a shame that he had to spend 6 months in jail for doing his fatherly duties. His ex-wife should feel bad about even putting him on child support if he takes care of his son. Now he had to go to jail for paying and visiting his son. Its usually the opposite way. You got to go jail for not paying.  He paid his child support and the court modified it without even telling him.  That's low down.
That's what the courts do, and women still will go to the white people instead of working something out with each other like civilized adults. Why you have to put the courts involved, they don't give a damn about your children or your family. They just care about the money. I feel that the should drop that case and free him. He was just doing what needs to be done. Now they taken him away from his son, so now i bet the mother is going to be calling him a dead beat because he in jail.
I hope they work it out, he don't deserve to be in jail for something that he was ordered to pay, and the mother should take him off child support.

I feel child support can benefit the children if its going towards the children. Its not going to benefit the children if the mother spend on themselves, getting their hair done and nails done, buying clothes for themselves and not the children. I believe child support should be for the men that choose not to be in the child's life and do not help by any means. But you have some women that will put the father of the child on child support because they don't want to be in relationship with the mother. Its stupid how they will choose to go through the system instead of trying to come up with some kind of arrangement themselves. I say fuck the system.  The system don't do anything but break up a family, they will tell the father to just pay child support and don't do nothing for the child or children, but yet women run right to the Friend of the Court. But get this, after the mother put the father on child support, they want to call up the father and ask for money or complain they not doing shit for the child. I need you women to make up your mind about what you want. You want his help or you want to collect money through the system.

I am not trying to offend any woman, but it is what it. They always quick to call a man a deadbeat because he's not there with the children, but he pays child support. A deadbeat is a person that don't pay he or her debt to society. If he's paying child support then he is not a deadbeat he's paying his debt.
